What an eventful year it has been for us! We find ourselves reflecting on all the updates, new software, and many other requested features we created to help make your lives easier.

This year, we embraced the magic of AI with our AI Guestbook Moderator and AI Obit Writer. These tools were able to streamline your responsibilities to give you more time to care for families. Some of our most highly requested features that we also loved were our Event Management & RSVP software, Crowdfunding platform, and many new Sympathy Gift options.

We attended a whopping 46 conventions this year! We enjoyed seeing you face-to-face and getting the opportunity to catch up.

Those who stayed back in the office worked hard and snacked hard—consuming over 14,500 peanut butter M&M's from our snack room! 

As this year comes to an end, we just want to express our appreciation for all your support and helpful feedback you give us. We would not be where we are today without all of you!
