Hard to navigate/not user-friendly   You don't want families to dread visiting your website. When a website is hard to navigate, it's confusing and stressful. This makes it hard for people to find what they're looking for and causes them to develop negative feelings about your business. In addition, websites that are not user-friendly make it challenging for those with disabilities to understand your content.    2.) Wastes time   When your website is difficult to use, it wastes everyone's time. Families can't find the information they need and have to reach out to you or your team for help. Then, you and your team have to answer their questions or contact your website provider for assistance. Instead of dealing with the problems your website creates, you should be able to spend your precious time helping grieving families.    3.) Makes you look bad   First impressions are important. What does your website say about your brand? If it says you're outdated, unorganized, or unprofessional, it's time for a change! You don't want families afraid of choosing your funeral home because they assume your services look like your website. If you care about your company and those you serve, your website should reflect that.    ![Screenshot 2024-03-05 142834](https://blog.tukios.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Screenshot%202024-03-05%20142834.png?width=325&height=218&name=Screenshot%202024-03-05%20142834.png)   4.) SEO/hard to find    If it's hard to find your website on Google, it can make your business seem sketchy. What's to blame for this? Bad SEO! It makes you lose out on traffic to your website and negatively affects your Google ranking. Good SEO increases your business's credibility, makes it easier for families to find your website online, and improves your website's loading speed.      5.) Not aesthetically pleasing    Aesthetically pleasing websites are a must! We live in a modern world that is advancing rapidly. When websites look old, people click away within seconds. A website that is not aesthetically pleasing makes your company seem untrustworthy, decreases site engagement, and affects the user's overall experience.    6.) Incompatible for mobile   If your website looks bad on a computer screen, it probably looks worse on a mobile device. According to allconnect.com, 49.78% of all web visits are made on mobile devices. Thus, if you want people to stay on your website longer, your website needs to be eye-catching and formatted for both desktop and mobile.   Thinking you might need a better website?
