That’s why we’re excited to share that we’re releasing Gift Snap, a much-requested feature designed to help funeral homes beautifully showcase every token of love shared with the families they serve.
Why We Created Gift Snap
Until now, gifts and flowers were only shown on an obituary page if they were ordered through a funeral home’s website. But families often receive heartfelt gestures in many forms, flowers from a local shop, a handmade keepsake, or a special card from a friend.
Gift Snap gives your staff the ability to add images and messages for any gift or floral arrangement, ensuring that every act of support is captured and preserved alongside other tributes
How It Works
Adding a gift or flower with Gift Snap is quick and intuitive:
- Find the obituary you’d like to enhance and click the gift icon in the lower-right corner.
- Upload a photo of the gift or floral arrangement, with the opportunity to add a picture of the accompanying card.
- Enter the sender’s name and a personal message to personalize the tribute.
- Click “Create Gift” to add it to the obituary page.
Once saved, the uploaded gifts and flowers, along with names, images, and messages, will appear alongside other condolences under the obituary. They’ll also be included in the Memory Book, keeping every gesture of kindness part of the permanent record.
