As the year comes to an end, we're excited to release two new AI updates exclusively for Tukios website users!
Our first update: AI Obituary Text Service Suggestion!
Whenever you save or modify an obituary, AI will scan the text for information about upcoming services. If it detects a service that hasn't been added, it will suggest it as a possible addition. Users can then approve the suggestion to have it automatically added to the obituary.
Now, there's no need to scan through obituaries and add services manually—AI will take care of it! Amazing, right? We just love making your life easier! In just two weeks, this new AI tool has already auto-suggested and had over 3,535 services approved by users!
Our second update: Guestbook Post AI Moderation Updates!
This helpful AI tool now provides clearer information about its moderation process, guiding users through the reasoning behind its decisions. Users can find these moderation details in the blue "AI Explanation" box located beneath the guestbook comment.
For example, if a guestbook comment is flagged as inappropriate, AI will give a brief explanation describing whether it was flagged because of harmful language, spam, or other reasons. These explanations will help users decide if they agree with AI's decision and should keep or remove the comment.
