The system is specially trained to automatically identify and flag hate speech, spam, profanity, and other unwanted posts. This ensures that you don't have to spend hours reading through every single entry to prevent an inappropriate message from going live.

Flexible Moderation Settings

We know every funeral home operates differently, which is why there are three different options available for guestbook moderation (located just above the AI toggle switch in your settings):

1. Standard: The most efficient option. The AI system will flag any inappropriate or undesirable messages for your review, while all other messages deemed safe will automatically post to the guestbook.
2. Moderated: All guestbook entries will still need to be manually accepted or declined by your staff. The AI system will simply assist by flagging potentially inappropriate messages for you.

3. Disabled: This option turns off the guestbook entirely, disabling all means of posting.

How to Enable AI Moderation

Ready to save time and let the harmless messages through automatically? Activating this feature only takes a few seconds:

1. Log in to your Tukios Website account.
2. Navigate to the "Settings" tab and click on the "General" button.

3. Locate the AI Guestbook Moderation Switch and toggle it to the "On" position.
