1.) Amazing support team
Our support team is easy to get ahold of and always happy to help you! They are knowledgeable, respond quickly, and are trained to clearly explain our technology. Need help but it's after work hours? No need to stress! A support team member is on call until 10 pm.

2.) Help Desk articles
Our Help Desk contains answers to frequently asked questions and simply explains how to use our technology. It consists of useful articles with step-by-step walkthroughs, photos, and informational videos. These articles cover everything from uploading music to billing.

3.) Training videos
Did you know that we regularly upload training videos to YouTube? In these videos, the fabulous Emily teaches you how to use our software and how to turn on certain features. She also guides you through things like how to login to Condolences and how to share an obituary to Facebook and Twitter.

4.) Expert Account Managers
If you have a Tukios website, you are assigned to an incredible Account Manager! Our AM's are experts and know all the ins and outs of our technology. They are able to assist you with any questions or support you might need.

5.) Blogs
New blogs are posted to our website every month. They contain all the latest details on new updates, products, and features. They also provide more information about helpful features and resources.

6.) Training for florists
We make technology simple for florists by training them on how to use our floral portal and by sending out monthly newsletters with tips on streamlining their tasks. We also have awesome floral specialists who can help in times of need.
